  • Our starter package includes 2 hours to enjoy a picnic set up with blankets, pillows, a table with beautiful tableware. charcuterie board for 2, sparkling water, still water and lemonade but we can tailor to your specific needs. . Add ons, such as additional guests, chairs, umbrella, food and drink can be accomodated for an extra fee.

  • When booking for a private backyard, absolutely. We have a list of locations that don’t require permits. If your dream location requires a permit we ask you to take care of the fee.

  • After we set up your picnic and makes sure that you have everything you need, we will leave and not return before your picnic is over. We are not too far away from the picnic area, so please contact us by telephone or by text, should an emergency occur.

  • We now have a number of food alternatives available for your luxury picnic. If any of your event guests have food allergies, please notify us so that we can prepare your food correctly. We also can offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free choices. Drink choice are sparkling cider, sparkling water, still water, lemonade and tea served cold in a gorgeous ice bucket.

  • In the case of rain, you have the option to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event. Any other cancellations will result in the loss of the %50 non-refundable deposit. In addition, Dove and Fox Picnics allows 2x request to reschedule, so long as the request was received 24 hours before your picnic date. Dove and Fox Picnics has the right to charge a rescheduling fee if further requests beyond 2x are made. Please note if the remaining balance has not been paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled picnic start time, Dove and Fox Picnics has the right to terminate the picnic with no refund.

  • If you need to leave the picnic earlier than the specified time, please give us a 20 minute notice by phone or text so we can make our way back to clean up. You are responsible for the picnic equipment until we return to clean. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

  • When planning pop up picnics, keep in mind that each city, beach picnic, or park has its own set of rules that we must obey. If you require assistance in obtaining a permit, we are more than happy to assist in your permit process. Let us take the stress away from your planning!

  • Your photographer will meet you at your picnic for your 30 minute session. Approximately 1-2 weeks after your picnic you will be provided a photo gallery. Special events, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and family photos are best captured by our photographers so you can just enjoy your picnic.
